About the Chef
An IT Project Manager by day and pastry chef by night, Crystal is also an accomplished pianist, an avid pool player, and most recently, a mobile app developer. Her interest in pastries began at an early age and she always enjoyed testing out new recipes and techniques in the kitchen.
After graduating from college and getting fully acclimated to her day job, Crystal decided to pursue her interest further and completed the Baking & Pastry Arts career training program at the Institute of Culinary Education. Ever since then, she's been wowing people with her creativity and talent.
